TESTIMONIALS

I took both yoga teacher trainings 1 and 2 sequentially.  The experience was a most beautiful gift to me.  Not only did I learn necessary information and asana instruction, but the growth of spirit and transformation of community was deeply felt.  The instructors are all very caring, supportive and knowledgeable.  I am able to step into the world and share all I learned comfortably.  I continue to grow and learn within the philosophies and dedications of the yoga discipline.  I am very greatful and hope to learn again through the Shambhava School.
Shirley Smithson

I had an amazing time training with Sarada and Shivaji.  I really had no idea how intensive it was going to be.  There is alot of knowledge surrounding a good teacher and I have a new respect for all instructors out there.   This training made me feel valid in the world, being a stay at home mom for the past 4 years I needed something to give me my identity back.  Being with them and my fellow students and learning so much really gave me that power and confidence in myself.  Thank you both for all your knowledge and coolness.
Jill Ufer

The meditation practice in which we engaged was the most powerful aspect of the training for me, setting the stage for a more profound respect, understanding and appreciation for yoga. I loved the anatomy, and the in-depth study of asana, and am an avid seeker of history,  but as far as personal growth and a deeper experience of the yogic path, meditation was IT!
