Shambhava Yoga™ Teacher Training
We believe that yoga teacher training should be a life-changing experience. One of the first yoga schools in America, Shambhava Yoga has always emphasized that becoming a great teacher means becoming a great student. You do not just learn how to teach yoga here, you learn how to deepen your practice and grow. Shambhava Yoga's 200-hour, 500-hour, and specialty certifications are registered with the Yoga Alliance (ID# 95807).

Lead Instructors:
Andrea Cleland RCYT CYT-300 Andrea grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, and moved to Fort Collins in 2011. She holds degrees in literature, veterinary technology, library science, and early literacy education. As a children's librarian, Andrea originally studied yoga to add elements of her practice to her library storytimes. She graduated from Om Ananda Yoga 200 hour Shambhava Yoga Training in 2014 and several upper level modules. Andrea is currently studying with Kids Yoga Guide to complete her RCYT-95 and has regularly taught Kids Yoga in several locations. She has an inspired way of being with children and is naturally creative and fun.

Whitney Jaganmati Barry RYT 500 Whitney discovered yoga in 2010 when she began seeking alternative healing for her chronic digestive issues, high blood pressure, and anxiety. She quickly became very passionate, and committed herself to her yogic practice and to spiritual evolution. She became deeply rooted in yoga during her month long visit to an ashram in India, where she studied asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and yoga psychology. In 2012, Whitney was certified to teach through the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda. She earned her 500 hour certification through Shambhava Yoga in 2014 and has loved living at Shoshoni the last two summers. She feels compelled to connect with others through yoga. She wishes to foster growth and reflection, to offer support and encouragement, and to share what she has learned thus far on this beautiful, transformative path. She is forever grateful for having found yoga, and for all of the healing, transformation, and beauty that it continues to bring into her life. Whitney is now a manager of Om Ananda Yoga, teaches meditation and assists Yoga Teacher Trainings. She has taught children at Eldorado Kids Camp and children with special needs through PSD and Respite. Her enthusiasm is a natural fit with kids!
